Doing Recovery Together...

So we had our first ANAD Broward County Chapter Support Group Meeting. It was awesome to connect and commit to partner with each other in our journey to recovery.

Remember:
o Our future does not have to be an extension of our past.
o Things can and do get better.
o We don’t have to do life alone.
o We don’t have to do recovery alone.
o There is hope for recovery.

See you all on January 14th, 2007! In the mean time, if you have any ideas, suggestions for our group, have something to share or just want to say hi, feel free to leave a comment (click on where it says "comments" at the bottom of each post and follow the instructions). Make sure to check back periodically for new posts.

I didn't mention it tonight, so I wanted to make sure to post it: A big thank you to Flamingo Road Church, my church home, for providing us with our awesome meeting room and therefor helping make our group possible (Thank you so much Sammy and Matt!!).

Our email address is browardanad@gmail.com . Feel free to email us and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as we can.

Stay in touch, and if you need support during the Holidays, we are just an email / blog away...
