Lisa F gave me your blog address (which I had already gone to, actually, from her blog!).....and it couldn't have come at a better time! I now live in NC (after living in FL, NY, back to home in PA/NJ), and have finally decided to see someone down here for my Eating Issues. (I'm in grad school, so I will be here for at least another year and a half). There's a lot of ambivalence with this, and I love how blogs seem to come along when you need them! Keep up the great work!
Hi Jaime. Thanks for your email. It is so awesome that you are seeking help for your ED!! It is many times hard to let go of the familiar, what you know, what you are used to...but if it is something that is not working for you, it opens up space in your life for what does.
