One Day at A Time

Hi All,

Jayne made a great comment on her last post (see her responses to "Willingness"...) Jayne said she's been trying hard to focus on the here and now...

That was one of the big changes that I made in my life....in the midst of my depression and my eating disorder, I used to look at the past with constant regret and looked at the future with fear...so much that I didn't enjoy nor really live my here and now....
Now, I take one day at a time, and enjoy and do my best every day, because all I have is right now. Living the best "right now" I can will make for good yesterdays....and planning for the future, taking action, looking forward to what is ahead instead of passively worrying.....and remembering to take one day at a time, makes for great tomorrows...

I read a quote today that I loved and I say good bye with it tonite....

"Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength." ...not sure who it is by, but I really like it.
Peace, Hope and Love...
Lily

I want to Thank you all for being such a great support during this time of transition. I hope to see you all on Sunday. Have a good rest of the week and weekend.

Hi Jayne!
I am not sure if it is possible to attach something to the blog. Will play arround with it, research the blog features during the next couple of days and let you know if it can be done.

Congrats on your test!!!! Awesome!!
I am glad you liked the website on patience/coping. I will post parts of it on the main blog page, there is definitely some good stuff there.

Have a wonderful week and stay in touch. Thanks so much again for helping us post flyers at FAU.
